Fruit extracts are the perfect ingredients to enhance the therapeutic properties of natural cosmetic products! Fruits extracts are very rich in vitamins and have many antioxidant properties and therefore offer naturally better skin care for all your body. Oil found in some fruits is rich, has extremely high penetrating properties and contains vitamins A, D and E, lecithin, potassium, beta-carotene and over 20 essential fatty acids (palmitic, palmitoleic, stearic, oleic, linoleum and linolenic among others).Fruits are very beneficial to the skin and are considered the ideal ingredients. They are  high in sterolins (also known as plant steroids) which help soften the skin and offer a superior moisturizing effect. Madis S.A. uses several fruit extracts in order to enrich cosmetic formulations and thus to deliver better and more natural products to the final consumer. Some of them are:

  • Coconut oil. It is ideal to speed tanning process keeping skin’s moisture and softness.
  • Peach extract. Enriched with proteins, tannins and fibres it has naturally antioxidant, bactericidal, astringent and soothing properties.
  • Orange. It is keratolytic, astringent, antioxidant, bactericidal and soothing.
  • Lemon. It has antioxidant, bactericidal, astringent, moisturising and soothing properties.
  • Strawberry. It is moisturising to the skin offering antioxidant, moisturising and bactericidal properties.
  • Avocado. Avocado oil contains phytosterols and vitamins and offers excellent fatting and hydrating properties for skin and hair.
  • Apricot.  The apricot removes the dead cells of the skin, restoring its appearance.
  • Guarana. It is a very important source of caffeine with lipolytic, astringent, stimulant, veitonic and antibacterial properties.
  • Bigarade-Bitter orange. It has calming, anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial characteristics and also stimulates the lipolysis process.
  • Pomegranade. Rich in tannins, especially C and B-type and minerals. It has astringent properties, supports and protects the skin and hair against UV damage by free radicals.
