Returns and Cancellations
Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any justification within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with Law 2251/1994.
To exercise this right, the customer must send an email in our contact form, see the “Contact Us” page, notifying us of the withdrawal or call us at 0030-2810380861. The product(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused, and including all original accessories and documentation. The cost of returning the product(s) is borne entirely and exclusively by the customer.
Return of Ordered Products
Madis S.A. takes every possible measure to ensure that products are packaged properly and carefully so that they reach you in perfect condition. Some of our products are fragile and/or sensitive; therefore, in consultation with the transport companies, we ship them with special markings and suitable packaging to fully protect them from damage during transport and/or storage.
In the event of damage, the following applies:

At the time of receipt from the courier:
In rare cases, an item may be damaged during transit. If, upon delivery, you notice damage to the packaging or product, do not accept the order. In this case, the customer is only responsible for the shipping costs. We strongly recommend checking the products upon delivery, especially if the packaging shows signs of wear, puncture, or tearing. Accepting the products without expressing any reservation at the time of receipt will be deemed unconditional acceptance of the goods. -
After receipt from the courier:
If, within 20 calendar days of receiving your order, you discover damage to a product or part of it, send an email in our contact form, see the “Contact Us” page, describing the problem and indicating which of the following actions you prefer:
A. Return and replacement.
B. Return and issuance of a discount coupon of equal value to the returned product for use in future purchases.
The damaged product must be returned in its original packaging and include all supporting documents originally provided. Return shipping costs from the customer to Madis S.A. are the sole responsibility of the customer. Madis S.A. will proceed with the replacement or issue a discount coupon (as per your selected option A or B) only after receiving the returned product.
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, only option A (return and replacement) applies.
Deadline Compliance
Compliance with the above deadlines of 14 and 20 days will be determined based on the date of receipt of the customer’s email by Madis S.A.
